Facade Application Designed for Residential and Commercial Areas
In the 692 Housing Blocks and Commercial TOKİ Nurdağı project, 20,780 meters of aluminum facade system have been implemented. Manufacturing, shipping, and assembly steps have been evaluated within the framework of an overall application plan appropriate to the project’s scale.
Different usage scenarios of the residential blocks and commercial units require the consideration of system details in accordance with the type of structure and site conditions. Regular facade rhythm and continuity of the application are targeted in the facade specifications.
The study reflecting ASVEX’s project management and field application experience is a strong example of the systematic aluminum facade solutions approach in high-quantity housing projects.
