KVKK Clarification Text

This Clarification Text has been prepared under Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, for the purpose of informing individuals whose personal data is being processed.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

In necessary cases, your data can be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations in compliance with legal obligations. If services from providers located abroad are used, your personal data may be transferred in accordance with the relevant provisions of the KVKK.

5. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected through the website, communication and offer forms, email, phone, cookies, and server logs, either automatically or non-automatically.

Your personal data may be processed based on the legal reasons of being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, the fulfillment of legal obligations, the establishment, use, or protection of a right, the protection of our legitimate interests, and obtaining your explicit consent when necessary.

6. Your Rights Under KVKK

You have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed
  • If processed, to request information about it
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
  • To learn about third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
  • To request the correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data
  • To object to an unfavorable result arising from automated processing
  • To request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
